Unfunded reserves at 4/30/26 were $210,972. Statute requires that the assessments earmarked for reserves be deposited every 30 days. The Board is not doing this because it is redirecting these funds and using for operating cash shortfalls. This has grown from an unfunded reserve balance of $119,310 at 12/31/2025.
