July 9 Flood – Letter to Owners
Courtyards in CityPlace – 630 Sapodilla
July 9, 2026
Dear fellow owners, we are writing to you as concerned neighbors frustrated by the Board’s persistent mismanagement. The flood on July 9 from a failed fire sprinkler system was a preventable disaster. Board mismanagement was a major factor.
The response following the flood has been equally unacceptable, marked by a lack of urgency and the same poor communication we have come to expect. Long-term failures have placed our property’s integrity and our investments at risk. We deserve a leadership that listens and protects our community’s infrastructure, not one that only reacts after the damage is already done and our lives are disrupted.
This is why your voice is critical right now. We urge every owner to complete and return their recall ballot immediately. We must replace this ineffective Board with leaders who prioritize transparency, maintenance, and the safety of all residents. To stop the cycle of mismanagement and secure a better future for Courtyards in CityPlace, we need your vote today.
Sincerely, Your Concerned Neighbors at Courtyards in CityPlace
